When I got to the new room, I realized the toilet didn't flush. They did not offer any type of compensation or apology. In a respectful way I asked for additional compensation for being placed in a room that should not have been rented. My sink was 95% clogged and my window to view the ocean was filled with mold and condensation due to a broken seal. When in my room my toilet didn't stop running. The reservation process was difficult with the company they have hired to handle this process. Chinook Winds is not and needs new managment. They are concerned with providing wonderful customer service, up to date maintenance and an excellent experience. A lovely hotel that can meet your expectations is Inn at the Spanish Head. ![]() I was humiliated by managment at this hotel.
